Private Pay

​How do I pay for counseling?

​​We participate in several EAP programs that provide services to employees for both voluntary and mandated sessions.  The number of sessions are determined by the employer/service upon referral.​​

Pointes North operates on a sliding scale based upon income and household size.  This scale can be emailed prior to session if there is no billable insurance.  Financial burden is taken into consideration when discerning private pay fees.

​Pointes North bills insurances that compensates for LPC licensure. If those insurances require advance certification then sessions would be private pay until such time as certification can be secured.  Several insurances are accepted currently.
